Keith Reynolds

Founder and Chief Visionary Officer

With a big heart and even bigger ideas, Keith remains Synapse’s steadfast true north compass. A Culpeper, VA native, he learned early on in a previous banking career that being a super connector – not merely of banking solutions, but life, career, community and philanthropic endeavors – make communities vibrant and strong. He founded Synapse in 2013 and has never looked back. Keith embodies the Synapse tagline; Connect, Collaborate, Contribute. He looks for and continually creates win/win scenarios.

Samuel Anderson

Director of Video Services

Serial entrepreneur, innovator and videographer extraordinaire, Sam brings the visual heat to the Synapse party. Originally from Lynchburg, VA Sam has been building businesses in Richmond for over a decade; a speaking engagement practice, a bubble soccer business and his most recent and successful venture, Enso Media Firm. This self-avowed sneaker freak – and he’s got the investment in them to prove it – is always on the move and there’s never a shortage of ideas when he’s in the room. It’s no wonder this man in motion thinks of storytelling in video.
